To book an appointment *Please use the form below and include: *Day, Date, Time and the Length of our Appointment. All information is used only to verify you and is not saved. Discretion is the utmost importance to me. I will not phone your home number or email you on your personal email unless agreed upon. **I Welcome and accept *P411 and **RS2K.CH Members *But: Ter, P411 or RS2K are not mandatory and you may put “Not Applicable” in these required fields on the form. I enjoy spending time with gentleman *between the ages of 35 and 85yrs old. When we have coordinated our schedules, a 25% deposit is required to secure our date upon booking.

*Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule our date, please let me know immediately. Should you find yourself canceling anytime within 48 hours of our date you will be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee.  – Due at the time of cancellation.
